Mallory Lorber is a trial attorney with a passion for helping abused Trust and Will beneficiaries. She uses her competitive spirit, and her desire to help others, to represent clients in Trust, Will, and Estate litigation matters.
While in law school, Ms. Lorber served on the board for the Women’s Law Caucus and received the Certificate of Merit for Pro Bono Legal Services. After law school, she was a post-bar law clerk for the Department of Veteran Affairs and then practiced at an insurance defense firm for several years. Ms. Lorber has represented clients in matters involving personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, medical malpractice, and labor and employment matters. Ms. Lorber’s complex litigation experience includes motion practice, managing complex discovery, arguing law and motion issues in court, and conducting countless depositions.
During law school, Ms. Lorber interned for the Santa Barbara County District Attorney’s Office, Elder Law & Advocacy, as well as several family law organizations. She was also a certified mediator at San Diego Small Claims Courts.
Ms. Lorber’s hobbies include running, Pilates, playing sports, baking, and spending time with friends and family.
