Michelle Truong is an associate with Albertson & Davidson, LLP. Her practice focuses primarily on cases involving Trust, Estate, and Probate Litigation.
Prior to joining Albertson & Davidson, LLP, Ms. Truong worked for a public agency defense firm and an insurance defense firm. These two firms allowed Ms. Truong to handle a wide range of cases involving labor and employment, special education, auto, premise liability, product liability, and construction defect. Ms. Truong drafted answers to complaints, motions for summary judgment, discovery motions, settlement agreements, and trial briefs. Ms. Truong has appeared for numerous court hearings and personally conducted countless depositions. Ms. Truong has applied her motion writing and oral advocacy skills to her practice here at Albertson & Davidson, LLP.
During law school, Ms. Truong interned for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and Children’s Law Center of California. At Southwestern Law School, Ms. Truong was the President of the Asian Pacific Law Student Association, member of the Moot Court Competition, and advocate for the Children’s Rights Clinic.
Ms. Truong’s hobbies include traveling and spending time with friends and family.
