Shauna Oakley is a San Diego native who has a passion for helping people in need. For years she has worked with foster children who are leaving the foster-care system; teaching foster children life skills so that they can successfully branch out on their own.
Ms. Oakley brings that same passion for helping other to Albertson & Davidson, LLP, where she practices in Trust, Will, and Probate litigation. Working across the firm’s California offices, Ms. Oakley applies her years of litigation experience to help abused Trust and Will beneficiaries fight for their inheritances.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Oakley worked for two prominent insurance defense firms. She oversaw cases arising from general negligence, premises liability, products liability, catastrophic personal injury and construction defect matters. Ms. Oakley handled complex lawsuits throughout all phases of litigation, including trial, and utilizes this experience to effectively advocate for her clients.
Outside of the office, Ms. Oakley enjoys San Diego’s vast array of outdoor activities. Her hobbies include reading, exercising, yoga, and traveling.
