Does a Rising Tide Help All Beneficiary’s Boats?

If you challenge a Trust or Trust amendment will your lawsuit help all the beneficiaries? That's a tricky question to answer. Your lawsuit may help others, but then again, it may not. And if you are a beneficiary who is sitting on the sidelines letting someone else fight for you, you may want to think again. Being a party to a lawsuit gives you far more control and say in how it ultimately is resolved.
