This video is about Trial Preparation. Unlike lawyer shows on T.V. and in the movies, there takes a great deal of preparation to be ready for trial. You cannot expect to show up to trial with a bunch of hearsay documents, witnesses who testify to statements made outside of Court, or surprise witnesses that were never disclosed to the Court or the opposing party. This may fly on T.V., but not in a real Court of law. In real life, you need to be ready, and that takes time, planning and good deal of forethought.
